I like camping. I love the cooler weather in the mountains and being huddled up around the campfire roasting marshmallows and telling stories. My kids love playing all day outdoors getting dirty. When I do go camping though I must have a comfortable air mattress to sleep on and running water along with an available hot shower. Just a few requirements to roughing it in the great outdoors.
We drove up to Camp Richardson in South Lake Tahoe for the weekend and had a great time. Three families = Six adults and 10 adults. I loved leaving the 100+ weather in Sacramento for 80 weather in Tahoe. Perfect.
Lake Tahoe was gorgeous and we enjoyed the sun all day long on Saturday.

I love that Landon learned how to ride a bike during this weekend.
Lots of laughs this weekend around the campfire. Thankful for friends.
