Welcome to our Front Window

Welcome to my blog! I'm Michelle and am a mother and a photographer. You will see pictures of my amazing clients here, as well as my three beautiful children. You may even see some shots of my handsome hubby. I take my camera everywhere I go, capturing life as we know it now. Kick off your shoes and stay awhile. Glad you stopped by.

Weston Graduates from Preschool

There will be no one else going to preschool in this house.  We have been writing monthly checks to preschool for the last four years.  Worth every penny.

This one is so ready for Kindergarden and couldn't be more excited!

Yesterday was his graduation.

His fabulous teachers Mrs. Ball and Miss Hannah.

Weston and I both made new friends this year which we are so grateful for.  This mama and son.

Big brother and big sister watching their brothers at graduation.  (We are secretly planning on them getting married. Haha!)

Weston helped lead the audience in the Pledge of Alligiance.  He was really excited to help.

Our youngest bubs.

Best buds.

Weston's teacher took a pic of him in this location on the first day of school.  The middle of his ear was at the top of the bookcase back in August.  This tall boy has grown!

We celebrated with lunch and ice cream at Letherby's.

Today was Weston's last day of school. Picture of the left is the first day of school and pic on left is the last (obviously).  I almost cried telling his teacher goodbye.  Bittersweet to know your youngest is growing up.  I love him so much!

Yosemite

We just got back from a quick trip to Yosemite with friends. The kids had never been before and are already asking when we can go back. We stayed at Housekeeping Camp.  I loved it.  A sleeping structure with beds, electricity, bathrooms, showers, covered eating area, and a fire pit.
We arrived late Thursday night and had pizza in Curry Village.

Our cozy camp.

Bunk beds and a double bed. Nothing fancy but sometimes it is just nice to not have to put up a tent.

After breakfast we headed out for a hike.

Part of the hike I had to put the camera away since we were sprayed by the waterfall as we climbed.  Pretty sure it was the kids favorite part.

The camelbak.  Such a genius invention.

So so proud of my little people for making it up to the top of Vernal Falls.  It was fun and the they had a great time. A couple of times they wanted to stop but kept pressing on. They were so glad they did.

Our 40 minute shuttle ride back to camp after our hike.

After refueling with lunch we headed out on a bike ride.

After biking we enjoyed the river near camp.

Camping wouldn't be complete without smores and a fire.

Stefani and Jeff's cozy quarters on the other side of ours.

After breakfast Saturday we headed out on another bike ride.

Our bike ride led to a beautiful waterfall.

The kids enjoyed cookies and climbing over rocks before biking back to camp.

Such a great time with everyone.  I love that the kids are getting bigger and our list of what we can do together is growing.
